Another very successful set of Spring Sessions has ended – really lovely pottery coming out of both the instructed class and the studio session. Firing is ongoing, and we’re entering the summer months when traditionally pottery production slows a bit as classes are out, people are holidaying and catching up on gardens!
We are still open for business, and if you’re interested in bringing in your own group for a pottery session, email us or give us a call.
Below is the information regarding our Fall Session:
The next full session starts in September, with registration on Saturday September 8th from 10 – 2 at the Pottery Guild. We are offering the same line-up of classes again: 10 instructed classes and two workshop classes for a total of 12 classes:
· Monday 9:00 – noon – Workshop
. Monday 6:30 – 9:30 pm – Workshop
· Tuesday 9:00 am – noon – Intermediate with Instructor
· Tuesday 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Intermediate with Instructor
· Wednesday 9:30 a.m.-12:30 – Intermediate with Instructor
· Wednesday 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Intermediate with Instructor
· Thursday 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Beginner with Instructor
Our fee structure remains the same: Members $115.00 Non-Members $190.00
Members and returning students may pre-register, starting immediately for their usual classes. Thursday evening class will be held open for beginners. If there is room, we will allow experienced potters into this class. Registration forms can be found on the Forms page.
Beginners: Welcome to the Fort Saskatchewan Pottery Guild! Please come a few minutes early to make clay purchases and familiarize your self with the Guild. Wear something you can get dirty, even bring a change of footwear. Clay can be messy!
