Fall 2018 Session classes are coming to a close in the next few weeks, and we’re gearing up for the Annual Christmas Sale on November 30/December 1. Kids and Clay finished up on November 17 – what a great group of mini potters!! PICKUP for Kids and Clay is Saturday, December 1 anytime after 12 noon. Early Out Wednesdays have been in twice now and their projects look just great.

Registration for the Saturday Kids and Clay class is through the Fort Saskatchewan Winter Leisure Guide, available online and in limited print.
Both students and members can pre-register for the Winter 2019 classes.. If registering in the same class your spot will be secured if you pre-register . If you are pre-registering for a new class your spot will be confirmed based upon available spots in the class.
Registration day is January 12 from 10 – 2 if you’d rather come in and do it in person. Please note that classes do fill up and if you do not pre-register there is no guarantee you can get the class you would like.
There is a registration form under FORMS you can print off and fill out or if you are at the guild Registration Forms are in a folder at the front.
Please complete a registration form and cheque posted dated for January 2019. Note the class fees have increased by $25 per session: they are now $215 for students and $140 for members. Leave the registration form and your postdated cheque in the Membership mailbox in the kitchen. Please DO NOT put it in the lock box. If you want to pay cash you can do so after the new year or on registration day SATURDAY JANUARY 12, 10 – 2 PM
We are offering the same line-up of classes again: 5 instructed classes and two workshop classes for a total of 7 classes of 12 weeks in duration, 10 weeks of instruction and 2 weeks of studio time. NOTE: Thursday Beginner – this class is 10 weeks total. We have the same absolutely wonderful group of instructors who are looking forward to another session.
Workshop classes on Monday are for experienced potters only who can work independently – there is no instruction for handbuilding or wheel throwing techniques.

Beginners: Welcome to the Fort Saskatchewan Pottery Guild! Please come a few minutes early on the first day to make clay purchases and familiarize your self with the Guild. Wear something you can get dirty, even bring a change of footwear. Clay can be messy!
FEES FOR 2019 ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Students registering for any class: $215/full session
Members registering for any class: $140/full session
